When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 31st July 2026 so we can finalize our celebration details with our venue and vendors.
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone can be seated comfortably.
Where is the wedding taking place?
The ceremony and reception will be held at Bell & Blossom in Pretoria, South Africa.
Is there a dress code?
Yes — the dress code is Formal & Strictly ALL Black. We would love to see our family and friends dressed beautifully for the occasion.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, only guests named on the invitation are included in our celebration. Thank you for understanding.
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones, however this will be an adults-only celebration.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our celebration will be a combination of both, but mostly indoors so please dress comfortably for the setting.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking will be available at the venue for all guests.
Will there be accommodation nearby?
Yes, there are several nearby accommodation options for guests traveling from out of town. We have recommended accommodation options near our venue listed on the Travel page of our website for your convenience.

Can I take photos?
We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony, so we kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Once the reception begins, please take and share as many joyful photos as you would like.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, guests will enjoy drinks, dinner, speeches, dancing and a celebration into the evening.

When should I book my travel?
We recommend booking your flights and accommodation as soon as possible to secure the best rates and availability.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, all guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. Please make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of travel.
Is transportation provided?
No, transportation will not be provided. Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation to and from the wedding events via the Uber app.
Do I need local currency?
It may be helpful to carry a small amount of local currency for tips, taxis or small purchases, though most places accept cards.
What weather should I expect?
November is often: Warm to hot temperatures, longer daylight hours, more sunshine, occasional afternoon thunderstorms, and the beginning of summer greenery.
Can I make a vacation out of the trip?
Absolutely. We would love for our wedding to be part of a memorable getaway for you.
Are meals and drinks included outside the wedding?
Only the meals and drinks served during the scheduled wedding events will be hosted. Other meals will be at guests’ own expense.
Will I be able to see the bride and/or groom before or after the wedding day?
Unfortunately, no. In the days leading up to the wedding, we will be busy with final preparations and rehearsals and after the celebration, we will be leaving for our honeymoon. We truly appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you on our special day.
What if I cannot attend?
We completely understand that destination weddings can require extra planning. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether near or far. Kindly please ensure that you decline your invitation by the 31st July 2026 under the RSVP page of the website.
